WILLIAM R. WILSON
Principal Consultant
William started in the military, graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1998 and serving as a public affairs officer for eight years on active duty. After his service, he remained in Washington, D.C., working for major defense contractors in public affairs management as well as bids & proposals. He also served on various political campaigns, from state house races to presidential nominees.
Since moving to Los Angeles in 2014, William launched Stone Mountain Enterprises, specializing in communications and management consulting, strategy and execution. He quickly attracted start-up programs at the municipal government level as well as established county departments, where he manages their day-to-day public affairs and public policy divisions. With a communications team based in Washington, SME maintains a bi-coastal presence with national reach.
In addition to a degree in Social Sciences from the Air Force Academy, William holds a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University.

Freelance Writer
Lee Ordeman is a freelance writer based in Washington, D.C. His newspaper career included ten years in Tokyo as an editor and reporter for the Japan Times, where he covered the foreign ministry, international news, and the arts, writing an estimated 10,000 headlines.
Lee holds degrees from Williams College, the Newhouse School at Syracuse University, and Catholic University.
ELISA MODUGNO
Journalist
Based in the Northern Virginia area, Elisa Modugno is a career writer and journalist who has written extensively about Congress, federal agencies, veterans’ issues, healthcare, technology, and business.
Elisa also has 20+ years of experience writing federal and commercial proposals and is a certified, active member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. She is a graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
ZEKE FRIEDMAN
Creative Director
Ezekiel Friedman is a highly versatile practitioner with 20+ years of experience as a polymathic author, creative director, and integrated marketing strategist.
Zeke has developed and executed comprehensive content strategies, directing impactful messaging and curating end-to-end digital experiences that fuel client acquisition and conversion across diverse sectors. His work has yielded exponential growth for numerous startups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits alike, leveraging strategic communications, brand authority, and community outreach campaigns.
AZARIAH KEBEDE
Research Analyst
Azariah Kebede is a fourth-year student at the University of Southern California studying Public Policy. After completing his undergraduate studies, he plans to study law with a particular interest in the criminal justice, environmental, and class action sectors.
In addition to various on-campus work-study jobs as a tutor and library assistant, Azariah has experience working with Los Angeles County Department of Military and Veterans Affairs as a Legislative Research Analyst.

William E. Green III is a prolific creative leader, and analytical thinker. He draws upon a vast background and diverse skill set to promote commercial and non-profit organizations, major companies, and small businesses, while enhancing financial profiles, and contributing to their long-range success.
Bill specializes in bringing hand-drawn illustrations to life through unique and
captivating designs and is dedicated to creating visually stunning artwork that captivates and inspires. With a focus on collaboration and creativity, he works closely with our clients to bring their ideas to life in the most imaginative and innovative ways.
